1926 Miday Avenue NE

What an incredible opportunity to get your hands on some gorgeous land! A great rural spot in Osnaburg Township between East Canton and Louisville. A great little home that needs some work on 5 full acres! About half the land is cleared and half is wooded and backs up to farmland. Plenty of room for all your outdoor activities! The property is screaming for a big beautiful pole barn! Maybe you finish up the house and call that home or it becomes an in-law suite, when you build your custom dream home? There are plenty of great options, to do as you please! Coming into the house is a spacious living room that just needs some flooring and a light fixture. The huge eat-in kitchen could use a little updating if you choose, but is in great shape and fully functional. One of the two bedrooms is finished, while the other has new drywall that needs finished along with some flooring. The bathroom is completely refreshed and ready to go! Off the kitchen is an awesome laundry/storage room, as well a perfect mudroom leading to the attached garage. Access to the basement is through the garage. Here you have tons of storage space and a complete waterproofing system! Although there is still some work to do, so much has already been done! New well pump 2024, new roof and gutters 2023, new septic 2022, new 200 amp panel box and electric, all new plumbing, replacement windows, 1st floor laundry added, redone bathroom, structural supports added in basement, new duct work and newer water heater! Grab it before it's gone!
