5871 State Rt 204

This is an Absolute Live auction with online bidding. The auction will be held Saturday Nov. 21 at 11:00 AM. For the first time since November 1941, this extraordinary 255± acre Perry County property is available for new ownership! For 85 years, these rolling hills, beautiful woodlands, small fields, and creek bottoms have been part of the Charles and Lore Sode family heritage. Through generations, this land has remained in the family — a lasting testament to the value of land ownership, stewardship and the traditions passed from one generation to the next. Now, an exceptional opportunity awaits! Offered in three parcels, this property features outstanding hunting and recreational opportunities, potential building sites, State Route 204 frontage, and the natural beauty of Jonathon Creek. Perry County needs no introduction to the avid whitetail hunter as it ranks among Ohio’s best for trophy whitetail, and with plenty of water, cover and surrounded by fertile cropland this property truly is top shelf. Feel free to walk the property at your convenience and risk prior to auction day or join us for one of the scheduled ATV tours. Some properties are measured in acres. Others are measured in generations. This remarkable property is both. After 85 years of Sode family ownership, the opportunity to begin a new chapter belongs to you.
